How does the CV tailoring avoid fabrication?+
Two enforcement layers: a per-bullet token-overlap validator — every tailored highlight must share at least 30% meaningful tokens with one of your master bullets — plus an immutable-field guard on company, position and dates. The model rewords; it never invents.
Where do the jobs come from?+
We aggregate from 1,200+ ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, Workable, iCIMS and more) plus the big boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Hired). Listings are crawled hourly and enriched with structured fields — work arrangement, salary, experience level — the raw boards don't expose.
Is my CV data private?+
Yes. Resume bytes live in a private Supabase Storage bucket with RLS gated on your user_id; no public URLs, no third-party indexers. Anthropic processes your resume text to extract highlights but does not train on it, per their Workspaces enterprise terms.
Can I cancel? What's the refund policy?+
Cancel from your account page; you keep Pro until the period ends. We refund within 14 days if you never ran a search or tailored a CV.
